Born and raised in Montana, I was spoiled from the start. The sweetest summers, riverside picnics, pasture walks at golden hour, the kind of winters that make everything go quiet.
I didn't know it at the time, but I was storing it all up.
Photography became my way of holding onto places, people, and moments I didn't want to lose. Not just the obvious ones, but the ones that seem too small to matter until suddenly they're all you think about.
When I'm not behind the camera, I'm likely drinking too much tea, out on an adventure, or cuddling with my chunky cat, Moose. I love slow mornings (ideally with a brekkie burrito), laughing until my cheeks hurt, and I'm perpetually wishing fall would last half the year.
